Wei Shi graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Juris Doctor and holds legal qualifications in Australia and China. Before joining Mankun, he practised for seven years at King & Wood Mallesons, focusing on foreign investment, cross-border M&A, and outbound business for Chinese enterprises.
He has long worked in the digital-economy sector and has advised leading cryptocurrency exchanges and public-chain projects on legal and compliance matters.
